Ingredients

2 ozWhite rum
12 pieceMint leaves
3 sliceFresh ginger
1/2 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3 ozGinger ale

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a collins glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the ginger ale to the glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
