Ingredients

1 ozPalo cortado sherry
1 ozAmontillado sherry
1 ozSweet vermouth
1/2 barspoonCampari

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink.
  6. Garnish with an orange twist and a green olive.
