1/2 ozScotch whisky
1 ozNew make spirit
3/4 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozFalernum liqueur
1/4 ozHoney syrup
4 dashCreole bitters
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a whisky mist, a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
