Ingredients

1/2 ozScotch whisky
1 ozNew make spirit
3/4 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozFalernum liqueur
1/4 ozHoney syrup
4 dashCreole bitters
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a whisky mist, a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
