2 ozWhite rum
1 ozPineapple juice
1 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonPink peppercorns
to topClub soda
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle the pink peppercorns gently in the base of a shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the club soda to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a crushed red peppercorns.
