Ingredients

2 ozBourbon whiskey
1 ozCoffee liqueur
1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLime juice
to topGinger beer

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
