Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
6 dropAbsinthe
3/4 ozLime juice
2 1/2 ozDark rum
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
1 barspoonGrenadine
1 dashAngostura bitters
2 barspoonsPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonCinnamon syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients and about 180 g cracked ice to a blender.
  2. Blend briefly until just combined.
  3. Pour into a collins glass.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
