6 dropAbsinthe
3/4 ozLime juice
2 1/2 ozDark rum
1/2 ozFalernum liqueur
1 barspoonGrenadine
1 dashAngostura bitters
2 barspoonsPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonCinnamon syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and about 180 g cracked ice to a blender.
- Blend briefly until just combined.
- Pour into a collins glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
