  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass except sparkling wine.
  3. Add ice and gently stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a pear slice.
