Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVanilla rum
3/4 ozDark Crème de cacao
1/2 ozAmaretto
1/4 ozHoney syrup
1/2 ozCream
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with cocoa powder and a toblerone.
