1/4 ozSweet vermouth
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
2 sprigThyme
1 cubeBrown sugar
3 dashCreole bitters
3 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add brown sugar to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a flamed thyme sprig.
