1 barspoonPastis
3 pieceSage leaves
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass and rinse with pastis, discarding any excess.
- Add sage leaves to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sage leaf.
