Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozThyme liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozHoney water (1:1)
2 dashLavender bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a lavender sprig or an edible flowers.
