1 ozGentian liqueur
1 ozYellow Chartreuse
3/4 ozLemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a sugar rim and a lemon peel twist.
