Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBrandy
3/4 ozVermouth Amaro
1/2 ozApricot liqueur
1/2 barspoonBalsamic vinegar
1 dashPlum bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist and a maraschino cherry.
