Strawberry Fields

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Add strawberries to a shaker and muddle gently.
3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
4. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
5. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
6. Strain into the chilled glass.
7. Garnish with a strawberry, a balsamic vinegar and a black pepper.
