Instructions

1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
2. Add plum to a shaker and muddle gently.
3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
4. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
5. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
6. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
7. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
