Ingredients

1 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1 ozScotch whisky
1 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozMaple syrup
0.5Egg white
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and an Angostura bitters.
