Ingredients

1 1/2 ozOak smoked vodka
1/2 ozGin
1/4 ozDry vermouth
1 dashJerry Thomas bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a cured smoked pork.
