  1. Chill an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a tajin and an orange peel twist.
