1 barspoonRye whiskey
1 barspoonScotch whisky
1/4 ozLillet rouge
3 dashAbsinthe
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a maraschino cherry.
