Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
3/4 ozRed grapefruit juice
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozAperol
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Express grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
  7. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
