Ingredients

3 ozRiesling
3Green grapes
1/2 ozOrange juice
2 wedgePineapple
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add green grapes, pineapple to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a grape, an orange slice and a pineapple wedge.
