Ingredients

1 1/2 ozOude genever
2 dashAbsinthe
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
1 ozTriple sec
1/2 ozLime juice

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig, a lime shell, a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
