1 1/2 ozGold rum
1/2 ozGalliano liqueur
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1/2 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except the wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
