2 ozWhite rum
1 pieceRosemary sprig
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1 ozLavender syrup
1/2 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Muddle rosemary in the base of a shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
