  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Muddle rosemary in the base of a shaker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with sparkling wine.
  7. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
