1 barspoonKummel liqueur
1 dashAbsinthe
1 dashCelery bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick and Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a spanish caper.
