Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin (sage infused)
3/4 ozSauvignon blanc
1/2 barspoonGénépi liqueur
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dashDaiquiri bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a green grape.
