Ingredients

1 1/2 ozViognier white wine
1 ozPear and cognac liqueur
2 pieceGreen cardamom pods
1 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Muddle cardamom pods in base of stirring glass.
  3. Add wine and liqueur and stir with ice.
  4. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with soda and briefly stir.
  6. Garnish with a pear wedge.
