Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
20 pieceRaisins
3 dropRose water
1 ozLemongrass cordial
1/4 ozLime juice
3/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add raisins to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
