Ingredients

1 ozDry vermouth
1 ozRosolio Bergamotto
1 dashRhubarb bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a rose petal or a lavender.
