Ingredients

1 ozBourbon whiskey
1 ozAromatized wine
2 dashAbsinthe
1 barspoonTriple sec
1 barspoonOrange juice
1 barspoonPineapple juice
1 dashCreole bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist, a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.
