Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
5 dashScotch whiskey (peated)
1 barspoonFino sherry
3/4 ozCoconut water
1 barspoonOrgeat syrup
1/4 ozBanana liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a dried banana chip.
