1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozPort
1/4 ozOloroso sherry
1 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
- Use tongs to place large ice cube/ball or chunk or block ice in cocktail.
