Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozTriple sec
1/4 ozOrgeat syrup
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a half lime shell, a mint sprig, a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
