Ingredients

1 1/2 ozReposado tequila
1/4 ozWhite Crème de menthe
1 1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/2 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dashGrapefruit bitters
2 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass and prepare with a salt rim.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a salt rim and a grapefruit peel twist.
