2 ozScotch whisky
1/4 ozHazelnut liqueur
1/4 ozButterscotch liqueur
2 sliceFresh ginger
2 barspoonsHoney
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Muddle the fresh ginger gently in the base of a mixing glass.
- Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add honey to a mixing glass and stir to dissolve.
- Add scotch whisky, hazelnut liqueur, butterscotch liqueur and ice, then stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
