1/2 ozLicor 43
3/4 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
2 barspoonsHoney
1 pinchSalt

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a silver dragees.
