Ingredients

3/4 ozRye whiskey
1/2 barspoonScotch whiskey (peated)
3/4 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozBénédictine
1 dashAbsinthe
1 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a nick & Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except Scotch whiskey to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float Scotch whiskey on top.
