Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
1 barspoonScotch whiskey (peated)
1/4 ozPear liqueur
1 barspoonWalnut liqueur
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a walnut and a pear slice.
