Ingredients

1 1/2 ozTsipouro
3/4 ozSauvignon blanc
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/4 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass except club soda.
  3. Add ice and gently stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Stir gently.
  7. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
