3/4 ozBrandy
1/2 barspoonTriple sec
1 dashAngostura bitters
3 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with the sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with sugar rim.
