1/4 ozEspresso
1 barspoonGingerbread simple syrup
1 pieceSugar cube
5 dashChocolate bitters
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Add sugar cube to the glass and muddle gently.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist and serve with a cup of coffee on the side.
