3/4 ozSweet vermouth
1/4 ozElderflower liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with ground cinnamon rim and a mandarin peel twist.
