Ingredients

2 ozWhite rum
6 pieceMint leaves
6 pieceBasil leaves
1 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add mint leaves, basil leaves to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
