Ingredients

2 ozGold rum
8 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozBrown simple syrup
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add mint leaves to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
