1/4 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
1/2 barspoonMint Fernet Amaro
6 pieceRoasted coffee beans
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist and a lime peel twist.
