  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add honey to a mixing glass and stir to dissolve.
  4. Add scotch whisky, Scotch bourbon whiskey (peated), dry vermouth and ice, then stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
