Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add honey to a mixing glass and stir to dissolve.
- Add scotch whisky, Scotch bourbon whiskey (peated), dry vermouth and ice, then stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
