Ingredients

2 ozLemon vodka
1/2 ozTriple sec
1 inchCucumber
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Muddle cucumber in base of shaker.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. Shake with ice.
  5. Fine Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber peel.
