1 1/2 ozLemon vodka
5 pieceMint leaves
3 pieceRaspberries
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 1/2 ozRosé sparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the rosé sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with rosé sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a raspberry and a mint sprig.
