Ingredients

2 ozBison grass vodka
1 1/2 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonHoney

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add honey, apple juice, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add bison grass vodka and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
