1/2 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
2 ozPineapple juice
1 ozLime juice
1 1/2 ozCoconut cream
1 1/2 ozAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill a tiki mug with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a mint sprig.
